Changes in how services are delivered

Coventry Haven Women’s Aid team continues to offer all services remotely to support victims of abuse. The Safe to Talk Helpline is available on Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am -1pm 0800 111 4998, or by email to or for professionals We are open to new referrals and all existing service users have their caseworker’s direct number. CRASAC continues to provide services through remote working. The helpline is available on 02476 277777 - please consider that it may take a little longer than usual for us to respond. Clients currently accessing services at CRASAC will be contacted by us to discuss options for ongoing support via phone, text, email, and/or online. CRASAC are still taking referrals on 02476 277777 and

Coventry Law Centre is working remotely but all staff are available & their service continues as usual, but just on the telephone. Solicitors will continue to represent in court (although the courts are moving hearings to take place by phone or Skype rather than in the court buildings). All existing clients have direct contact details of their caseworker. For new clients the Law Centre will operate a telephone only reception service between 10am and 3pm on 02476 223053, or via email to Any changes to this will be posted on their website

KairosWWT are working remotely and are continuing to maintain contact and support with current service users over the phone. KairosWWT are continuing to support women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. 9.30-5.30 Mon-Fri 02476 559 550

FWT is postponing face to face delivery and FWT led sessions at the centre. Valley House – In order to protect key workers, the reception at Valley House is closed. You can still reach us by calling 02476 266280 between the hours of 9am and 4pm.

Panahghar are still offering all services: outreach; IDVA;  Dedicated BME refuge provision; West Midlands HBV and FM Helpline as well as HBV and FM outreach service.
